Once a year, all employees are invited to an appraisal interview with their line manager. The interview comprises an evalution of the interviewee’s performance over the past year, and a review of the tasks and objectives for the year ahead. The appraisal interview is used as a management tool for the Personnel Department and for managers when planning future training programmes.
Tulip organises special follow-up meetings with apprentices and trainees to ensure that they get the most out of their training.
