Training and development policies

Highly qualified and committed employees are one of our most important assets and we believe that comprehensive training programmes are a natural part of the workplace. Therefore, all employees should have the opportunity to keep their professional and personal skills updated. We offer internal training courses on an ongoing basis. Furthermore, Tulip funds relevant training at commercial colleges and business schools for employees who wish to gain further qualifications in their free time.

 

Training needs are discussed at the annual appraisal interview. Tulip tries to ensure that one week of company-relevant training is granted to each employee per year.
