Barbecue tips - Sausages:
To obtain the best results, you should only put sausages on the barbecue until after the coals and briquettes have reached their maximum temperature. Sausages should be barbecued slowly under a relatively low heat and be turned frequently.

 

Barbecue tips – LIVRETTER Frikadeller (Danish meatballs):

LIVRETTER frikadeller (meatballs) are ideal for the barbecue. Place the “Middagsfrikadeller” and “Kalkunfrikadeller” directly on a hot grill and cook them for 1-2 minutes on each side until crispy. Serve with potato salad, salad, bread etc.

 

You can also make a frikadeller kebab with LIVRETTER Minifrikadeller, small, firm tomatoes, onions and peppers.

 

 

Barbecue tips – LIVRETTER chicken fillets:

LIVETTER kyllingefileter (chicken fillets) are ideal for the barbecue. Place the fillets on a hot grill and cook them for 1-2 minutes on each side until crispy. Serving suggestions: new potatoes cooked on the barbecue, salad, bread etc. You can also add the warm fillets to a salad or use in tortillas or pita bread.

 

You can also make a delicious LIVRETTER chicken kebab on the barbecue using chicken fillets and small, pre-boiled potatoes, green asparagus or sticks of squash.
