Catering Forum No. 9 - Gourmet for everyday

Theme this time is  "Gourmet for everyday". We increasingly make a point of an appetizing collation, whether the inspiration is pure Danish, foreign or fusion-food. This tendency is also reflected in the catering centres, where the food must look attractive.
